Essential storage supports sign-in, security, Registration, and your cookie preferences. We retain a dated record of your consent choices in Pinpoint's backend. These services and necessary operational request, error, and security logs operate regardless of your analytics settings. PostHog page-view analytics are separate from these logs.

Settings saved on your device

The payment panel remembers the last bank you opened, in this browser's local storage on this device. It isn't sent to Pinpoint and isn't analytics, and clearing this site's data removes it.

Optional cookie-based product analytics

If you allow product analytics, PostHog receives page views and interactions to help us understand how the site works. A browser identifier connects visits. When you are signed in, an opaque account identifier connects permitted activity to your account, including your earlier permitted visits on that browser; we do not send your name or email as analytics profile properties. We don't capture sign-in and profile setup pages, and we remove URL credentials, queries, and fragments from analytics. We do record that a sign-in, sign-out, or profile setup step started, finished, or failed, with a general reason for a failure; a step on a sign-in or profile setup page waits in your browser and is sent from the next page you open, on that visit or one within a week; an older one is discarded instead of sent. This site's analytics go to Pinpoint's PostHog project, alongside Pinpoint's own, so permitted activity on both is connected to the same account. PostHog processes analytics in the United States.

Limited cookieless page views

After you explicitly reject product analytics under the current cookie notice, we may measure basic page views in locations approved for this mode. It starts only after your current choice is recorded and the regional configuration permits it. Unanswered notices, pending choices, and rejections under an earlier notice do not activate it. An earlier rejection stays off until you make a new choice under the updated notice. This is analytics, separate from essential service logs.

PostHog processes the IP address, user agent, and website hostname to calculate a salted hash that changes each day, and discards the raw IP address. This supports daily estimates, not a stable person identifier or a link to your account or cookie-based analytics. We send only page views with URL credentials, queries, and fragments removed and referrers limited to the referring domain. This mode uses no analytics cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage analytics persistence, stable browser or session identifiers, account linking, person-profile updates, recordings, automatic interaction capture, feature flags, or custom product/error events. PostHog processes these events in the United States. This mode stays disabled outside approved locations or when location or configuration cannot be verified.

Optional session recordings

Session recordings require a separate choice as well as product analytics consent. They help us review navigation and find confusing interactions. Inputs and page text are masked. Recordings exclude sign-in and profile setup pages. We do not record microphone or camera media.

Your choices

Cookie-based analytics and recordings start disabled worldwide and require your opt-in. You can change your choice from the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future cookie-based capture on this browser without reloading the page. To stop both analytics modes and recordings, select "Turn off all analytics" in cookie preferences. We store this separate preference without an analytics identifier to honor it on this site and browser. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track also disables all PostHog collection. A change does not delete information previously collected; contact us to request deletion.
